The Role:
Guidewire’s Services Centre was established to help meet a growing global customer demand for expertise in implementing Guidewire’s products, currently being used by customers who are household names globally.
Our Graduate Business Analysts work closely with our Senior BA’s on a specific customer project working towards its successful delivery. The Business Analyst role is crucial in ensuring the success of our projects as they ensure that the configured solution meets the customers primary business objectives. It requires a good mix of communication skills and problem-solving abilities, we put a huge focus on developing a set of well-rounded skills in both our products and the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious IT or Business Computing graduate who wants to work with the worldwide leader in a constantly evolving and complex industry. We provide a full graduate learning and develop program where you will learn all the skills required to excel in this role through a mixture of classroom training, self-paced learning, job shadowing, mentoring and hands on learning.
The types of projects you will work on will be wide ranging, from rich customer facing Digital transformations to complex upgrades, data migrations and reporting. As you gain Guidewire project experience there will be future opportunities for you to specialize in specific project types, work with different customers from various countries and in different lines of the industry.

Required skills and experience:
Qualified to degree level or higher in Computer Science/ IT & Business degree
Team player with excellent communication skills, actively looking to build up their business and consulting abilities to grow their career
A passion for working with customers and solving complex problems
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple different technical and business functions
Analytical skills and ability to communicate with all different types of roles
