Dave is looking for a LA based talented IT engineer to support the IT foundation that empowers all Daves who build products that help millions of people improve their relationship with money. What You'll Do

  • Provide the highest level of support & collaboration for end user support in a hybrid working model of virtual and on-site.
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate issues in a timely manner ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the cycle of support.
  • Provide in-office IT and conference room support, including proactive end-user assistance until issues have been resolved.
  • Build processes and systems to support automation and efficiency as we grow, including employee self-service tools.
  • Regularly bubble of themes from repetitive work and partner with security & infrastructure teams to drive improvement of IT
  • Work in Jira & Confluence to document, track, and create runbooks for common issues that allow for easier self-service.
  • Monitor system problems to ensure resolution promptly through common tooling
  • Attend daily standups to prioritize and escalate issues.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting macOS platforms (macOS 10+) including mobile devices running iOS & Android mobile operating systems.
  • 2+ years experience with commons SaaS services (Google Workspace, Okta, Lastpass, Atlassian, Slack)
  • Must be commutable to our West Hollywood, CA office to go onsite when needed (minimum 1 day/week)
  • Strong technology fundamentals and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • 1+ years experience with Device Management (MDM) products

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in system administration
  • Degree in Tech or equivalent certifications (CompTia, ITIL, Okta, Google Workspace, ITIL, MDM)
