We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This role will focus on conceptualizing, building, implementing and maintaining the framework that will enable our internal Compliance and Fraud teams perform Risk oversight and Compliance Monitoring as outlined by the Bank Secrecy Act (also known as BSA), Anti-Money-Laundering (known as AML) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations.

Executing on this will require strong quantitative research skills, technical acumen and the ability to quickly pivot to different product development strategies based on the most current Fraud patterns in the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Work with cross functional stakeholders to align goals, strategy, and roadmap
• Communicate, coordinate, and work closely with your squad as well as the other product, engineering, data science and design teams to drive the end to end product development life cycle
• Collaborate with data science teams and leverage other data sources to identify opportunities to reduce fraud or risk exposures and ways to improve the operations of our product and the user experience
• Influence strategic initiatives, internal policies and governance structures to embed controls where needed
• Articulate user stories, requirements, define business value, and identify success metrics for our existing/new services
• Work on the definition and reporting of relevant KPIs to continually optimize technical and financial performance for our business

What You'll Need:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent product and technical experience
• Experience with gathering requirements for new products and processes, especially with Fraud and Compliance teams
• Experience with data analysis methodologies, conducting experiments and identifying opportunities for improvements
• Experience with integrating with third-party vendors for fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation, as well as transaction monitoring
• Excellent communication with engineering and senior management
• Experience strongly desired with FinTech
• Working knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools like Mode, Looker, or Tableau
• B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Data Analytics or equivalent experience
• Experience working in agile environment
