We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Banking Product team. This role will focus on developing, launching, and optimizing Dave’s Debit Card Rewards Program and our adjacent strategies to increase card spending and usage. The mission for you and your squad will be to drive debit card usage through rewards, incentives, and functionality that you deem important to our users. You will develop and evangelize the strategic roadmap for your product and work to integrate with features across the Dave product suite, ensuring an integrated and robust customer experience.

Our ideal candidate has a track record of success in building and managing growth initiatives for consumer products. You are an innovative, out-of-the- box thinker who is comfortable conducting multiple experiments simultaneously, analyzing data, and driving results. Experience with FinTech products, specifically Neobanks, cards, and/or payments, is desired but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Drive adoption and usage of Dave's debit card and connected banking products.
• Own the product development lifecycle in a cross-functional team with a prioritized roadmap, clear milestones, and short iteration cycles
• Build the requirements for rewards and card spending initiatives, including but not limited to financial insights and personalized experience
• Communicate, coordinate and work closely with your colleagues in Product Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, and Analytics teams to deliver products from idea phase to be in our members’ hands to expand the usage of Dave’s card and connected banking products
• Building personalized features that promote engagement and financial health for our member
• Leverage data in everything you do - communication, prioritization, building, and launching new products.
• Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users and generate actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years of Experience in building growth products focused on customer engagement and usage.
• Experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, or another B2C technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills, should be data-driven, and highly experienced with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Possess an excellent product/design sense, and you can take complex problems and make simple experiences
• Ability to foster empathy for customers whose daily life, circumstances, and needs might be very different than your own
• Experience partnering with growth and marketing strongly desired
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup where you helped grow, acquire, and engage users at scale
• A solid technical background and experience working directly with engineers, with a firm grasp on the technical details driving the product
