Ellevation is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to help support our growing business data and reporting needs. We need to continually improve visibility into both our company's performance and our customer’s usage of our product, so that Ellevation can strategically serve more educators and more students in the coming years.
You will report directly to the Vice President, Ellevation Finance and Business Operations. This role is a critical and highly visible role working with senior leaders within the organization where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational business reporting and analytics, and the structure of the data ingestion to several critical business systems such as Salesforce and ChurnZero. The BI Manager is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports, dashboards, cubes, and data warehouses. This role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, diligent, and sharp analytical mind. Must have exceptional BI experience building and maintaining an enterprise data warehouse and associated ETL pipelines along with the right attitude and excellent customer-facing skills. This role must also understand and be able to code in SQL and Python or similar language. The role will have one direct report, a Business Intelligence Analyst.
