About the role:
As a Truck Support Tech, you will be a critical team member in leading autonomous truck reliability and performance improvements. Truck Support Techs will be instrumental in keeping the trucks online by providing a mitigating solution with a focus on safety. This position plays an important role in identifying issues, keeping the trucks online, monitoring safety, and categorizing incidents that need escalation to appropriate teams. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day truck support process and strategy.
