As the International Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be to drive and manage revenue growth by fostering long standing relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting and securing new business opportunities/customers in international retail channels and distribution markets. This role will report directly to the International Management Team and achieve results by partnering with both internal and external partners from game development, design production, logistics/production, and marketing.


  • Own revenue growth from existing key accounts and select new markets and channels
  • Develop and execute upon a business plan to deliver upon annual goals for revenue and margin growth. Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process
  • Actively drive new business, research and generate new sales leads
  • Onboard, manage and secure optimal placement with new customers, negotiate pricing and terms for key areas of growth and applicable accounts
  • Promote brands and products with new and existing customers, present and pitch new and upcoming product releases (including creating sales presentations)
  • Create and execute upon promotional and retail marketing plans for customers based on product performance and sales goals
  • Provide great customer service to a set group of customers and build great relationships with each customer
  • Develop and improve upon the sales administration process including reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of the overall toy and game industry as well as consumer needs and behaviors through competitor and trend analysis
  • Liaise with Marketing and Game Development to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Work with Logistics and Production for new product development specs and product availability
  • Frequent Traveling required


  • 5+ years of sales experience in related field with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to identify opportunities and transform them into results quickly and efficiently
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • High service orientation and hands on mentality and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals
  • In depth understanding of the sales administration process

  • Competency in a variety of systems and software such as Google Suite applications and MSOffice
  • Experience in the toy or board game industry is a plus
