The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Honduras office team.


  • Update calendars and schedule meetings for conference rooms
  • Provide administrative support
  • Coordinate with office building’s Customer Services and Security team (to fulfill office needs and requirements)
  • Coordinate with internal maids and security guard (to fulfill office’s hygiene and security standards)
  • Manage stock inventory for office supplies and daily products; make order and payments for expenses
  • Distribute and record the usage of parking coupons for visitors
  • Handle other administration tasks such as printing, binding, etc.
  • Handle HR & GA tasks and other ad hoc tasks as assigned such as creating presentations
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls, as necessary.
  • Welcome visitors and guests with positive attitude and professional manners.
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Manage any request for general information from visitors and internal personnel
  • Ensure that reception area, meeting rooms and conference equipment are organized and well prepared.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and invoices

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferred
  • At least two years of Administrative & Office Management experience
  • Thai and Fluent English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Service-minded and customer-oriented
  • Fast learner and problem solver
  • High attention to details, with can-do attitude
  • Great interpersonal skills and friendly personality
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Spanish is required
