As the Director of Product - Sportsbook for Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will build and scale the FBG Sportsbook product across iOS, Android, and web platforms. The Director of Product will hire and lead a team of best-in- class product managers focused on creating unique and differentiated experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

· Own and be accountable to senior leadership for KPIs related to product and business objectives for the Sportsbook

· Build and lead a team of product managers, and create career pathing opportunities for product manager team members

· Work closely with Engineering, Data, and UI/UX teams to design and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable product from the ground-up

  • driven by data, user research, and competitive analysis

· Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing the features that create customer-first experiences and drive our primary KPIs

· Work cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics strategic assets into the FBG product

Experience and Skills

· 7+ years of progressive experience as a product leader and product manager, preferably in an B2C digital native app focused product organization

· Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly

· Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization

· Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex problems into product decisions and value propositions to senior leadership

· Experience in scaling and managing product teams and owning the end- to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution and deployment

· Ability to collect and leverage customer data, user research, and competitive analysis at scale to inform decisions and the product roadmap

· [Preferred] Passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting customers

· [Preferred] Experience building entertainment products for sports fans and/or gaming consumers or a deep understanding of real-money gaming products and the sports betting and online casino industry
