This role will work with and provide support to the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Team by communicating with the internal Buying teams and Product Administration teams to assist and facilitate DTC managers with the sell in process. Strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and open communication skills are a must for this position.

What you will be doing...

  • Supporting the DTC managers with daily tasks required to meet DTC yearly financial goals
  • Helping to manage event calendars, ensuring all product delivers for hot markets and planned events
  • Assisting DTC Manager with updating the events calendar. Recording key event dates and team/league initiatives
  • Being liaison to Buying team by monitoring order deadlines for events and following-up accordingly
  • Working closely with internal Customer Service team to manage PO processing, production status, shipping details and delivery status
  • Managing open orders to ensure all POs have been accounted for and allocated; Working closely with Buying team on product delivery
  • Reviewing and facilitating product requests from Buying and Business Management teams to the internal Fanatics Brands team.
  • Assisting DTC Manager with product presentations and meeting prep which includes, product presentations, making sure all samples are organized and line sheets are available in the meeting
  • Attend weekly cross functional Planning and Sales team meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, identify and prioritize opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of quality, keep accurate records and maintain tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with ecommerce and retail
