Fanatics, Inc. is seeking a thought leader to join our world class team defining Digital Marketing best practices for the industry. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead launching and monitoring various paid search campaigns to generate traffic and sales for our websites. The candidate will also assist in creating reports as well as working closely with the analytics team to help gain new insights based on marketing data. The ideal candidate would be familiar with various internet marketing concepts (having past experience with search, social or display/programmatic marketing platforms would be a plus). They should be highly analytical and goal oriented. The candidate should also like working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping up with pro and collegiate sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage building paid search campaigns (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) to support Fanatics and our partners
  • Monitoring and maximizing performance paid search marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with analytics team use marketing data to gain new performance insights
  • Assist in launching A/B tests and identify search performance trends & opportunities based on data
  • Design and run daily, weekly and monthly reports to help track key performance metrics
  • Analyze channel performance, identify optimization opportunities and use data to inform business decisions
  • Keep senior management team informed about channel performance against company goals.
  • Complete deep dives on channel performance using large datasets.
  • Identify and address any data, platform or technology gaps that might hinder successful test and learn deployment.
  • Assist with advertising efforts around major sporting events and holidays

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of combined experience managing SEM and PPC for retail/e-commerce businesses
  • Solid Understanding of Google / Microsoft Ads best practices
  • People/Project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills: effectively gather, analyze, summarize and present data
  • Commitment to learn new/changing industry developments and best practices
  • Deep knowledge of search engines (Google, Microsoft and Yahoo!) and knowledge of major social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to change focus easily and multitask
  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to launch advertising for major sporting events (i.e. College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience working with large budgets (7 figures)
  • Experience with paid search platforms like Marin, Kenshoo
  • Basic/Intermediate SQL experience
