JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Fanatics Holding Co. and it’s executive team members, all based in New York, NY. This position will also provide critical support creating meeting collateral including PowerPoint presentations and will support special projects as needed.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to Fanatics Holding Co. executive team, while maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality.
•Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
•Manage complex calendars; schedule internal and external meetings both in- person and virtually on behalf of executives.
•Arrange domestic and international travel including; flights, rental cars, hotels, car services (where required), and dining arrangements.
•Perform office tasks including ordering supplies and assisting with department wide initiatives and events.
•Manage and coordinate interdepartmental communications between various members of the team.
•Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint.
•Complete monthly expense reports for all supported executives.
•Provide ad hoc support for the office of the CFO as needed.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma required.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
•At least five years of related experience in an office environment providing executive and/or administrative support reporting directly to senior management required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Minimum of 5 years supporting multiple executives
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask while meeting deadlines. Independent learner and flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
•Proactive problem-solving skills; doesn’t get discouraged by adversity and understands how to navigate many personalities.
•Ability to think creatively and help contribute to company strategy and improve day to day operational challenges.
•Ability to function well and feel comfortable wearing many hats in a high- paced, constantly evolving environment.
•Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs including; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new or updated software.
•General technological and video conferencing systems skills.
•Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
•Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will require a hybrid work schedule where generally, employees are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
