We are looking for an inspired and proficient Principal Product Manager who will strategize, develop, and manage a large portfolio of software solutions in the Global Supply Chain Tech domain – all of which allow us to manage multiple domestic and international warehouses; to pursue evolution in fulfilling orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently with increasingly more automation; and to deliver orders to our fans on time and at minimized cost. The ideal candidate has a depth of product management skills with an exemplary record of product cultivation, growth, and success. This individual always has the end user or customer in mind and is adept at building strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers alike. We are searching for someone who is masterful in managing complex programs and implementations across a number of teams, external vendors, and dependencies. It is a necessity that this individual also come with extensive experience in supply chain operations and logistics at scale and exposure to modern warehouse management automation and technologies. Specific experience with SaaS (Cloud) warehouse management solutions, the Manhattan Associates product suite, Matthews International Control Systems, Proship or other enterprise TMS solutions, Fulfillment robotics, and/or other Tier 1 WMS and complimentary applications is a big plus.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and lead the ideation, research, proposal, development, and implementation of technologies to support our expanding global supply chain network.
  • Drive the roadmap for product life cycles, the definition and realization of product requirements, iterative and perpetual assessment of prioritization, and roadmap milestone and key deliverable timelines.
  • Unceasingly explore opportunities to evolve our products by staying updated with trends, industry standards, and emerging market and customer needs
  • Help to build and manage the Global Supply Chain roadmap with critical consideration of the capacities and competing priorities of the Global Supply Chain software and quality engineering team, inherent dependencies in the broader roadmap across the tech organization, external dependencies on vendor work and deliverables, Ops and/or transportation requirements and timelines, and corporate business initiatives and priorities
  • Build effective relationships and a communication cadence with the Industrial Engineers, Operations leadership, Transportation leadership, and business partners to frequently review problems to solve, growth plans, and new requirements.
  • Work in coordinated partnership across an extensive tech organization using Agile methodologies to continuously deliver measurable and proven value for our users, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Establish product delivery success metrics and report out on achievements to Executive Leadership
  • Work in partnership with Product Messaging to prepare and educate stakeholders and users in advance of iterative solution releases. e.g. Coordinate demos and Conference Room Pilots, Implement feedback mechanisms and effectiveness analysis cycles, Orchestrate and execute thoughtful and thorough change management
  • Manage vendor and owned fulfillment and logistics solutions to ensure functionality and performance expectations are being met or exceeded, always in pursuit of modernization and scalability.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6-10+ years in a Product Owner and/or Product Management role
  • Demonstrated ability in defining and delivering scalable products that solve complex problems
  • Proven success in delivering measurable customer value through Product Ownership and strategy
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to develop effective relationships with technology teams
  • At least 5 years experience in E-commerce and/or Supply Chain Operations and Logistics
  • Exemplary leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven success in managing large-scale critical initiatives and programs
  • Exemplary organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain grace and perspective under deadline pressure
  • Practiced in Agile methodologies – delivering a strategy via incremental releases
  • Openness to occasional travel to our other locations in (and possibly outside of) the U.S.

Bonus Points!

  • MBA or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain technology
  • Experience with SaaS (Cloud) warehouse management solutions
  • Experience or knowledge in Fulfillment robotics or other automation
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Trello
  • Experience in writing SQL queries or utilizing Microstrategy to build dashboards/data views
