The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. We’re committed to creating the best customer experience through delivering and maintaining high-quality product content for the fan. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual and supportive environment. We are for fans, by fans and strive to maintain the highest standards across the different phases of our product cycles.

About your team:

As a product content attributor you’ll be the hands of the fans. Our customers can’t touch the product before they buy it, so it’s your job to list all of the products pertinent details or check previously added details for correctness. You’ll perform tasks such as listing what a product is made from, if it has anything that meets current market trends and anything that makes the product unique. Our product assortment is vast and you’ll be cataloging the information for all of it.

Your responsibilities include:

•analyzing product details to identify selling features.

•ensuring all previously entered information is correct through our Content Check process.

•compiling product data and entering it into our internal software system.

•performing basic quality check to ensure product information accuracy, essentially ensure what is showing in our internal software system matches the product in hand.

•checking products for correctness in our e-warehouse system.

•physically moving product through our department and virtually moving product utilizing our scanning system.

•working closely with our product content auditors to limit inaccuracies.

•communicating with merchandising and vendors to ensure all required product details are accounted for.

•coordinating with other teams to ensure goals are met.

We’re excited about you because you:

•hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

•have completed coursework in keyboarding, word processing or similar (required).

•have 1 to 3 years’ experience as a data entry clerk (preferred).

•have experience working a retail floor (preferred).

•have basic understanding of a production studio

•have the ability to multitask.

•are proficient with Microsoft Suite.

•have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•can move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25+ lbs.

•have the ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.

•can work overtime during peak season (roughly up to six months out of the year).
