As a Quality Engineer, you’ll specialize in test automation and create/use tools to execute them; you’ll be working with other Senior Quality Engineers towards building and enriching test frameworks with new use cases, improve test coverage, and work with developers to prevent, debug, and reproduce issues. Your goal will be to develop high-quality test automation framework that is aligned with product’s functional and business goals.

What will you be doing?

Building & maintaining automated testing scenarios and execution

Write, Execute, and monitor automated test suites

Integrate a test system to monitor, maintain and report performance of applications/systems and completion report via defect reports, & traceability matrices

Work cross-functionally with other Development Engineers for testing, ensuring high quality throughout production.

Be proficient in RCA and defect management, ensure on-time delivery

What we are looking for:

Must have 3-5 years of proven working experience in testing complex applications.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in automation for API’s REST and RPC, web based application and data driven testing using SQL and NOSQL databases

Experience in the area of integration and end to end testing involving complex systems and data hand-offs among them.

Experience with performance testing is a plus.

Experience with testing and acceptance software like Selenium, frameworks like Cucumber and API testing tools like Postman

Good understanding of service oriented and microservices architecture.

Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting against databases.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process

Java, JavaScript, GO, Python, SQL, Selenium, node.js, test automation and continuous delivery frameworks, AWS, Git, Rabbit MQ
