Fanatics Inc. is seeking Key Account/Sales Analysts to support our Account Planning & Analytics Team. This individual will work closely with Account Planners, Sales Managers, Buyers and Merchandisers, as well as our Retail Service teams, to drive sales, turnover and profit goals. The ideal candidate is analytical and results-oriented with high attention to detail and the intellectual curiosity to uncover sales opportunities through data.

This position has the option of being remote.


  • Assist with pre-book sales recommendation (review past season sell-in & sell-thru, find new category opportunities) in partnership with key customers and sales
  • Develop long-range plans for key accounts at the brand, league, and category levels
  • Forecast future sales and inventory based on in-season trends. Identity risk or opportunity to financial plan and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
  • Identify potential sales opportunities (macro and item level)
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounts and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze shifts and trend in sales within assortment at the gender, category, department and classification level - communicate changes to cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of key account demand
  • Help make recommendations to leadership on financial impacts to the business based on business trends
  • Provide timely and accurate reports / summaries on an ad-hoc basis
  • Work with technology teams on reporting tools
  • Attend vendor meetings with team as needed
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal business leads and outside vendors


  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail merchandise Planning, Inventory Management or equivalent required
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership and initiative.
  • Show commitment to team through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
  • Demonstrate productivity using time efficiently and effectively to deliver results
  • Handle all responsibilities in a solution - focused and timely way
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
