Under supervision of the Licensing Manager, the Royalty Coordinator will be responsible for properly calculating and reporting all royalty functions for WinCraft on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annualized basis. This position requires personnel to abide by Licensor policies and procedures to ensure all royalties are paid on-time and are accurate. Tracking and monitoring royalty advances on both consumption and shortfalls is essential to maintain accurate financial statements and strategic decisions. In addition, aiding Licensing personnel with other tasks as time permits.

Essential Functions:

The Royalty Coordinator may perform some or all of the following, as well as other duties, as assigned:

•Run internal queries and data analytics pertaining to royalties for the company

oLearning, developing and maintaining existing and new queries will be an essential duty towards being successful in this position

•Track, maintain and report all royalty functions

oThis includes properly accounting for, consuming and maintaining all applicable royalty pre-payments, including shortfalls, helping explain financial risks in the process

•Submit accurate and timely royalty reports that abide by Licensor’s guidelines, policies and procedures

•Efficiently work with the internal Licensing department to streamline royalty functions and processes

oItem setup, item maintenance, item tracking and proper royalty submissions to the respective categories to maintain alignment internally

•Provide timely and accurate updates to senior management regarding royalty operations

•Conduct and assist with external audits scheduled by Licensors

•Maintain accurate records and provide visibility to senior leadership on the current position of any royalty-bearing questions and context

•Develop new and efficient ways to streamline reports and data within

•Other projects on an as needed basis to support Licensing personnel in regards to active programs and upcoming company initiatives, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

•Two-year degree in Business, Accounting or its equivalent; one to two years of business experience with customer service, analytics or accounting backgrounds.

•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer and Windows.

•Ability to learn and understand royalty processes and procedures with a quick learning curve and quick implementation.

•Professional approach to royalty analysis in an organized and positive manner.

•Self-starter to meet short deadlines and function on changing schedules.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal professionally with both Licensor agencies and WinCraft team members.

•Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment.

•Advanced knowledge of Excel.

•Hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm
