Team Leads will work as an Athlete advocate responsible for engaging
internal Athletes in support of department operations. Team Leads will perform
system and manual task, identify and resolve barriers for Athletes and functional
areas in order to meet shift goals for Athletes and Fans. Role responsibility
includes providing support under the direction of a supervisor or department
manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Direct Work Flow as Established by Shift Manager or Department Manager
Identify Barriers and Seek Resolution
Support Orientation and Training of Rookies
Work Hand-in-Hand with Athletes to Ensure They Succeed in Daily
Performance and Production
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
1 yr. Warehouse Experience, Preferred
Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs
Oversee and Support 25-30 workers
Ability to Stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day
Ability to Lift Up to 25lbs Frequently
May be Expected to Lift and Reach
Able to Understand and Follow Verbal and Written Instructions with Minimal
Supervision
Able to Multitask
Must be Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
