JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Utility Athlete is critical to overall maintenance of company premises both interior and exterior. The Facilities Utility Athlete will work closely with the Facilities Team and Operations Leaders to ensure that we are working to enhance the experience and condition of the facility and grounds. The Facilities Utility Athlete must take responsibility for the safety, quality and timely execution of these support services which include, but not limited to: painting, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, cleaning, and general light construction.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements.
· Completes Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Repairs and other written or computer-based documents assigned from Leadership.
· Ability to learn and utilize software to include CMMS Systems and other applicable programs.
· Works closely with building leaders to ensure that task and expectations are met.
· General light construction that is related to improving and enhancing the appearance of the building/grounds.
· Ability to work at heights from ladders and aerial lifts.
· Ability to work on the exterior of the Fulfillment Center and within a non-climate-controlled environment.
· Ability to complete additional task and request as needed from the sites Leadership Team.
The duties listed above are representative of the physical and environmental demands required by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of this position. This position does require standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time, continuous use of hands, twisting, bending/ stooping, and ability to work from heights to perform task. Duties also include being able to lift up to 50lbs.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Working knowledge of Facilities and Grounds Maintenance
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Painting, Drywall repair, Light Construction and Grounds Maintenance
· Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision
· Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
· Ability to work flexible hours
