The Customer Experience tech team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in customer experience or contact center domain. The primary responsibilities would be architecture, design and implementation of software used by our customers or customer care agents.

These solutions needs to be designed to run on distributed software cloud environment and resilient on-prem environment.

Job Requirements

•5+ years' experience building scalable applications

•Strong development experience with the .Net 4, .Net Standard and/or Java 11 stack including Spring Boot

•Strong development experience with HTTP/RESTful APIs, Microservices

•Experience working with SQL and NoSQL technologies like Cassandra, Kafka

•Exposure to containers technology, like docker/Kubernetes

•Have a strong bias for making things happen and love the team aspect of product development

Be data oriented to support important decision making

•Be an expert debugger of problems, being able to connect distributed logging into a coherent understanding

•Be a subject matter expert for some of the systems we own, engage in active discussions, and contribute to multiple systems

•Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles

•Ability to scale and lead major initiatives

•Requires knowledge of open-source application frameworks and service oriented architecture

•Expert reviewer and Code style enforcer

Minimum qualifications

•Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent

•Requires at least 5 years of software development experience

Preferred qualifications

•Bachelor' degree in Computer Science

•Experience with contact center SAAS platforms like Genesys, Salesforce etc. is a big plus

•Experience with the following are a plus: C#, React, Node.JS, MobX ,Golang, Cassandra

•Experience working in an e-commerce or direct to consumer retail environment is a plus

•Hands-on experience in the AWS cloud.

•Knowledge and experience of CI/CD, including automated testing of various layers etc.
