The primary responsibility of this position is to input work to sewing line or department and match bundles parts using the cut sheet for information and instructions. In addition, floor workers should be responsible for moving bundles of sewn product from job to job to help keep the work flow and operators performing at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using the daily production schedule, moves work into assigned sections, with direction from Supervisor.
• Using the cut sheet, provides all bundle parts and findings to complete the sewing process.
• Moves sewn bundles through the sewing department, keeping workflow process moving.
• Assists Supervisor in distributing repairs and rejects and inspects after completion.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Some sewing experience helpful, but not required
• Must be organized
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be able to work with others
• Must be able to work overtime as required including weekends
