We are seeking for a Software Engineer II (SDET-II) to join our Supply Chain Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong software automation design and development skills and experience. He/She should be comfortable in the hands-on development of cloud based micro-services and passionate about providing the best customer experience through disruptive methodology. He/She will be a change agent in driving SDLC best practices in cross-functional team environment, to continuously improve the speed and quality of product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Focusing on the global fulfillment service design, development, and working closely with partner teams in cloud service integration and deployment. You are responsible for delivering large-scale services on time and in good quality, driving down defects and building metrics to measure progress and results. You will focus on measures that increase the resilience and availability of our services and perform data analysis to understand improvement opportunities. Develop tools to auto-detect service and platform anomalies and increase the overall supply chain network reliability.

•Design and develop the next generation of automation tools and framework.

•Design and implement automation framework that work across multiple platforms.

•Lead automation efforts and explore new test automation tools and methods.

•Leads the testing strategy and implementation into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

Qualifications:

•BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.

•2+ years working experience in software development using agile methodology.

•In-depth knowledge and working experience in software design and development discipline.

•Proven problem-solving skills, able to deliver good quality of work in fast paced environment.

•Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•2+ years of experience leading complex cross-organizational projects, with at least two major software releases in cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).

•Experience in SOAP/REST web services (XML / JSON) testing and automation.

•Experience building Rest API Automation Framework using Karate/Rest Assured.

•Proven expertise and success with QA automation tools, both commercial and open source to include Mercury QuickTest Pro, LoadRunner, Selenium, Cypress, Jmeter, or Watir.

•Knowledge of one of following domains is a plus: e-Comm, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, order management and ERP.

•Experience in writing production software in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, Go, Python) with Excellent working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.

•Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, Containerization, CI/CD pipeline is required.
