Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop Report Services Documents, Dossiers, Complex Grid and Graph Reports in Microstrategy and Tableau
Create Microstrategy objects like Metrics (Compound and Derived), Filters (Metric Qualifications, Nested Prompts, Relationship Filters)
Gather BI reporting requirements and work with BI Product Managers , Business users and Data Engineering Teams
Design Aggregate tables, reporting views used in BI Reports of Microstrategy and Tableau
Performance tuning of Queries generated by Microstrategy and Tableau by reading explain plan and also working with DBAs
Build Data pipelines using SSIS packages
Write new Stored Procedures and Maintain existing stored procedures in MS SQL Server
10+ years of experience developing Reports, Schema Objects and Dashboards using Microstrategy
4+ years of experience with Tableau
10+ years of SQL Skills with MS SQL Server, AWS Redshift, Teradata
8+ years of Experience with MicroStrategy version 9 and above
Experience in Financial Reporting and Finance Reporting KPIs in either Retail, >Direct to Consumer business or eCommerce Domain
4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and ability to read Excel Dashboards, Pivot Table logic and Excel Macros
Microstrategy Administration Knowledge will be a plus
