In this role, you will be a key member of any product's voyage at Fanatics. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and goes through its adoption and materialization phases. This means you work with a cross-functional teams across business, consumers, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from start to finish.

As the Sr Product Marketing Manager for GTM and Customer Success, you’ll rely on your creative instincts and keen marketing knowledge to build launch strategies. You will use data and analytics to review product performance, adoption, gaining key insights. You will understand the customer/user and their business objectives, work with them to get ROIs driven from Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Partner with Product and technology teams to shape the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for both internally developed and SaaS Tools.
  • Develop clear messaging, accountability and adoption measurement tools and formulaic approaches to Product Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Analyze and present on Product performance, adoption, and on-going vision.
  • Participate in Prototyping, A/B Testing and User Engagement Research as part of the product development exploration.
  • Own communication strategies and implementation formulas.
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Master’s in Business or Marketing a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in B2C (end- consumer facing products) and/or B2B (internal technology products) marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a technology setting and working on launches and adoption strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience planning and managing large-scale, complex projects, and coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional team members, both internal and external, to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.
  • Ability to define and inform product and marketing strategies to product teams and internal business teams
  • Ability to act as a product or technology advocate by articulating complex products and features in language that is engaging and easy to understand.
