You are a career Program Manager, passionate and effective at managing large cross-functional initiatives, essential to Fanatics growth and scale. You thrive in a group setting partnering with engineering, product management and business colleagues. This role will live within the e-commerce tech organization within Fanatics and will function as a key role in successfully delivering large/cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • As a Program Manager within the e-commerce tech organization, you will:-
  • Work with product and other key stakeholders to intake, and scope/shape large cross-functional programs, as well as ongoing re-assessment, refinement of multi phase/year initiatives
  • Work with engineering, product and business-operations to assess and plan resources required for execution
  • Drive program execution, including planning, inception, delivery and turnover
  • Utilize efficient processes to identify and respond to issues, risks as well as scope, schedule changes
  • Establish forums to effectively communicate program status (milestones, health, decisions, issues, risks) to key stakeholders
  • Define and manage transition to business and engineering operations ("turnover")

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years prior experience functioning as a program manager, or project-manager within a medium to large organization
  • 4+ years working within software engineering / technology environment
  • Accomplished at least 3-4 large cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working within an agile delivery environment
  • Experience working within retail/e-commerce a plus
  • Effective and clear communicator
  • Ability to utilize data to evaluate program health and drive decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
