The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. We’re committed to creating the best customer experience through delivering and maintaining high-quality product content for the fan. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual and supportive environment. We are for fans, by fans and strive to maintain the highest standards across the different phases of our product cycles.
About your team:
The studio team at Fanatics is looking to add a Styling Assistant for our peak season. Working during our busiest time of year in a face-paced environment, you’ll be primarily responsible for helping the studio team. As their primary support staff, your role will include scanning and moving physical inventory from prep to set and back out to inventory, prepping out garments to be shot, learning the basics of styling products for an e-commerce site and more. With this role, we’ll need you to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
Your responsibilities include:
•monitoring incoming product including receiving and sorting it.
•assisting with prepping garments for set using industrial equipment.
•run product between prep and set.
•dress mannequins as needed.
•uphold styling standards.
•maintain productivity levels and quality work.
•keep studio supplies well-stocked.
•general office tasks including word processing, emailing and spreadsheets.

•hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
•have completed coursework in keyboarding, word processing or similar (required).
•have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a retail setting.
•minor styling a plus.
•are familiar with industrial steaming and ironing equipment.
•have basic understanding of a production studio.
•have the ability to multitask.
•are proficient with Microsoft Suite.
•have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•can move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25+ lbs.
•have the ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
•are able to work overtime and can work a varying schedule when needed
