Schedule
• Employee must commit to a consistent weekly schedule with a minimum of 12 hrs/week
• Each shift must be no less than 4 hours
• Shifts can start & stop within 2:30-10:30pm M-F or 6am-4pm on Saturday
Essential Job Functions
• Must be diligent and neat in work habits and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Properly packaging all product, including the following:
-Performing all special packaging requirements dictated by customer.
-Analyze customer order to ensure proper packaging will eliminate damage to shipment.
-Review each order to determine most efficient and economical approach to packaging.
• Must be able to enter data into computer on occasion.
• Participates in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
• Fills customer orders from stock using a tablet or computer in a timely, accurate manner and reviews items for final quality.
• Maintains a 98% picking accuracy and shows the ability to score 100 points in a picking score.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
Education
• High school graduate or its equivalent.
