Position Summary
Under general supervision, picks and/or packs customer orders from called out locations.
Essential Job Functions
•Fills customer orders from stock using a tablet or computer in a timely, accurate manner and reviews items for final quality.
•Maintains a 98% picking accuracy and shows the ability to score 100 points in a picking score.
•Must be diligent and neat in work habits and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.
•Properly packaging all product, including the following:
-Performing all special packaging requirements dictated by customer.
-Analyze customer order to ensure proper packaging will eliminate damage to shipment.
-Review each order to determine most efficient and economical approach to packaging.
•Must be able to enter data into computer on occasion.
•Participates in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
•Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
Education
•High school graduate or its equivalent.
Knowledge
•Basic computer knowledge.
