The Sales Development Representative (SDR) team at Finix is responsible for identifying, researching, prospecting, and creating new qualified opportunities that align with Finix’s value proposition of enabling companies to manage and monetize their payments. The Sales Developemnt Representatives are the tip of the spear - engaging and building relationships with senior executives at SaaS companies within our sales organization. Finix is looking for a team member to join the SDR team who can partner closely with senior sales account executives to develop strategic account plans, generate a strong pipeline of deal flow from outbound prospecting, and serve as a key contributor in developing Finix’s outbound channels including PE /VC and Financial Institution partnerships.

Sales Development Representatives will:

  • Execute outreach campaigns leveraging multiple channels (phone, email, social); make 50+ points of customer contact daily.
  • Grow our pipeline of qualified opportunities and build relationships by performing outreach to prospects that align to Finix’s ideal customer profile.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, while strategically partnering with Senior Sales Account Executives to create and action on playbooks for winning prioritized accounts.
  • Synthesize and conduct research to create account plans, pitch decks, and other materials that reflect a comprehensive understanding of Finix’s customers’ needs and how we bring value to our customers.
  • Identify best practices to enhance Finix’s sales development playbook.
