Getaround connects safe, convenient, and affordable cars with people who need them to live and work. Our community includes guests who rely on our cars for on-demand mobility and hosts who share cars on our platform including those who operate their own car-sharing businesses.

Our connected car technology allows guests to book and unlock a wide variety of vehicles directly from our app without ever having to meet anyone in person, carry an access card, wait in line, or coordinate picking up keys. Cars are parked 22 hours a day on average. When we share cars, we don’t need as many on the road, which means fewer accidents, reduced traffic, and less space required for parking. Car sharing modernizes mobility by allowing people to connect multiple forms of efficient transportation for any type of use case.

Studies have shown that when car sharing is available, people drive less and drive vehicles more appropriate for their use case, which can reduce household carbon emissions by up to 40%. Also, shared cars are used more frequently and retired more quickly, accelerating the adoption of newer, more energy- efficient vehicles.

We are looking for a Sr. CRM Specialist to join our growing team as we enter a new phase of expansion.

In this role, you will execute our CRM marketing strategies across multi- channels including email, push notification and SMS towards both guests and hosts communication. What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee the QA and deployment of all emails, SMS and push notification campaigns
  • Partner with CRM manager to manage processes and plans for CRM channels, develop CRM calendar and own execution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop multi-channel customer communication plans
  • Create and maintain automated workflows. Experience and understanding of automated campaigns and dynamic variables is a must
  • Continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers’ lifetime value, oversee the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy programs
  • Work with content marketing team to develop communication messages and oversee creative designs across all CRM channels
  • Support in the development and integration of CRM automation tools in order to create a sophisticated CRM system
  • Conducting post-campaign analytics for the purpose of realizing recommendations for future CRM campaigns, and provide business-wide consumer analytics and behavioral reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in marketing, PR, strategy, product and business development to create, support, and execute content and campaigns to support key initiatives

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle marketing, demonstrated a substantial knowledge in CRM campaign management, offer management, and email marketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms for campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and data to drive decisions and strategy
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and be flexible enough to evolve in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute high quality work
  • Empathetic and responsive to communities, genuinely caring about customer satisfaction and ensuring that people are heard and delighted
  • Marketplace experience is a plus
