Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and eager recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be a core member of our Talent Acquisition team, helping recruit and grow our Arlington team, as well as our technical team in Pittsburgh, PA.

This is a team member position based in our Arlington, VA office.
Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now and in the future.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience sourcing, identifying, recruiting and closing candidates at all levels of an organization
Proven experience designing and ensuring implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing selection and onboarding processes
Demonstrated success delivering immediate recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment
Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find candidates
Proficiency and experience with Lever is preferred. Experience with ATS is required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, oral, and written) with keen attention to detail
Motivated self-starter that is results-oriented Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing statistics and provide analytical updates to management
Strong project management, prioritization, and implementation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Desire and willingness to contribute to team goals and help those around you solve problems
