We are looking for an Associate Architect/ Architect – End User Support and Tools to join our IT department. This person will be responsible for managing and strengthening our existing Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and all other technologies. A successful candidate for this role should have strong knowledge of the above technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience. You should have Excellent Customer Service and Communications Skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365 (Exchange Online), EndPoint manager to ensure these services are working at an optimal level.
• Manage SCCM for Inventory/Patch Management and Software Distribution.
• Improve the above services for resiliency, performance and security. Ensure we are getting the best out of these services
• Test/Implement new solutions around end-user technologies and services and make sure we continue to improve our services and provide ‘wow’ experience to our end users.
• Help L1/L2 support reduce their work-load by understanding where they are spending most time and how can you help them become more efficient and effective.
• Help company maintain its data and devices secure from malicious activities and code.
• Bring-in automation/implementation self-service solutions to reduce ticket count/load.
• Manage critical incidents and bring in your expertise to help recover from the incident quickly.
• Work with business stakeholders and application owners to integrate their solutions/applications with Azure Active Directory/O365.
• Work and liaison with vendors.
• Establish and maintain effective, professional relationships with all stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 9+ Experience in End User IT Services
• Excellent Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, O365 and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, etc.
• Good working experience on MD ATP and other security solutions.
• Knowledge of Powershell scripting is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience on Hardware and Operating System Troubleshooting
• At least basic knowledge on LAN and WAN (TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.)
• Passion to learn, solve complex problems and self-driven
• Excellent Communication and Customer Support Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
