About this role: This role is a critical and high-visibility role for driving efficiency, scale, and consistency across business operations under the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This includes owning activities with a recurring cadence, diving deep into key topics as they arise, conflict resolution, helping with defining and execution of team strategies, and providing timely insights and analytics needed to improve operations

• Looking for a senior leader with 15+ years of experience in defining process performance metrics for various projects, analyzing metrics, and providing insights to management.
• Conducting an in-depth data analysis, and spend analytics to generate key insights and manage fiscal responsibilities.
• Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
• Good (10+ years) knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent continuous improvement framework is important for this role
• Maturity, high judgment, great negotiation skills, ability to influence, analyze talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
• A mature understanding of professional services and product management and Go-To-Market practices for SaaS products.
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
• Eye for details, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent proven (written and verbal) communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to SLTs of technical and non-technical functions.
