As part of a highly strategic Enablement team the Director of Sales Training will help scale sales excellence across the organization. This role will work with Icertis Sales Leaders to drive adoption and utilization of Icertis sales methodologies and deliver high impact semi synchronous (live & hybrid) learning experiences that improve onboarding ramp and improve win rate.

Partner with subject matter experts across the company to gather intelligence and materials that you will transform into digestible resources that sellers can leverage in their sales motions. Act as a strategic consultant and coach to sales leadership and individual sellers to uncover data-based insights and drive the activation of best practices that help us win.

Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management is one of the key areas identified to help companies achieve transformative business outcomes through faster Revenue Velocity, better Risk and Compliance Management, and greater Operational Efficiency.

This role is positioned to make a significant growth contribution for Icertis by helping to scale our sales organization to the next level built on shared urgency for customer transformation with CLM and ICI as the platform to deliver it.

This position is based out of the UK.

What you will do:

  • Design, Build, and Deliver transformational training courses to accelerate the ability of our global field leaders to effectively model and teach Icertis culture, develop their sales team via coaching, drive successful customer outcomes, and manage the business with operational excellence.
  • Deliver post-program sales leadership coaching to drive ongoing application of learning and support the sales organization in skill development and activation of best practices.
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences leveraging a variety of instruction techniques and delivery methods (semi-synchronous learning).
  • Identify and prioritize key initiatives, goals, investments, and metrics to enable Sales Leadership to unlock greater innovation and growth in the sales organization
  • Serve as a senior member of the Sales Enablement team driving the activation of the Icertis Go-To-Market strategy and execution
  • Understand, personally utilize, and drive team adoption of appropriate internal systems and tools to effectively track, analyze and communicate progress
  • Work effectively and deliver high impact outcomes in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Global 2000 company or startup in hyper-growth.
  • Experience with account management, relationship management and solution selling.
  • MBA, Masters or equivalent executive level experience.
  • Experience making investment decisions at a corporate level.
  • Familiarity with basic SAAS purchasing and adoption decisions.
  • Familiarity with SAAS sales methodologies, processes and consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, writing skills, and a desire to coach others.
  • Either a history of making technology buying decisions or recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role.
  • This leader will have a growth mindset driven and commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Critical skills for success include a keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit while executing with executive presence, strategic purpose and a deep sense of urgency.
  • Experience building, developing and managing Sales Excellence training calendar and skills libraries to measure the adoption and utilization within globally distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
  • Be a dynamic, engaging, self-reliant senior executive, accustomed to managing with a collaborative, fact-based approach, articulate communication and interpersonal warmth
  • Be an intelligent, rigorous thinker who can operate successfully among very bright and charismatic people
