As part of a highly strategic Enablement team the Director of Sales Training will help scale sales excellence across the organization. This role will work with Icertis Sales Leaders to drive adoption and utilization of Icertis sales methodologies and deliver high impact semi synchronous (live & hybrid) learning experiences that improve onboarding ramp and improve win rate.
Partner with subject matter experts across the company to gather intelligence and materials that you will transform into digestible resources that sellers can leverage in their sales motions. Act as a strategic consultant and coach to sales leadership and individual sellers to uncover data-based insights and drive the activation of best practices that help us win.
Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management is one of the key areas identified to help companies achieve transformative business outcomes through faster Revenue Velocity, better Risk and Compliance Management, and greater Operational Efficiency.
This role is positioned to make a significant growth contribution for Icertis by helping to scale our sales organization to the next level built on shared urgency for customer transformation with CLM and ICI as the platform to deliver it.
This position is based out of the UK.
