o Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs for AI implementation services
o Engage with prospective client to elicit high level requirements and provide estimates based on top-down as well as bottom-up approaches.
o Write draft SOWs as well as review SOWs for risks, completeness
o Conduct AI app demos and participate in POCs as required.
o Participate in various tasks and initiatives to build effective demo instances for Pre-sales team.
o Provide solution consulting to global pre-sales team and clients.
o Tracking, measuring and reporting progress as well as win-loss analysis etc. to improve win ratios
o Configure AI Products and extension of AI Model through technical configurations. Fine-tune the AI Model for customer specific data sets through key words, weightages, rules and preferences, to address business scenarios of clients for demos and POCs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
o 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in Pre-sales capacity for enterprise products or solutions.
o Experience in responding to RFx and writing/reviewing SOWs
o Significant understanding in text analytics/NLP. Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
o Experience in understanding client requirements and configuring enterprise applications.
o Experience in explaining functional requirements to engineering team and getting the features developed and refined as required.
o Exposure to Azure cloud stack
o Excellent presentation and communication skills.
o Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
