Skills and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in ** ** defining process performance metrics for various projects, analyzing metrics, and providing insights to management.
• Conducting an in-depth data analysis, and spend analytics to generate key insights and manage fiscal responsibilities.
• Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
• 2+ years of knowledge/ experience in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent continuous improvement framework is important for this role.
• Maturity, high judgment, great negotiation skills, ability to influence, analyze talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
• A mature understanding of professional services and product management and Go-To-Market practices for SaaS products.
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
• Eye for details, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to SLTs of technical and non-technical functions.
