Role purpose:
- The ‘Lead HRBP’ is a key business partner, responsible for implementing the people plan and best practices to support business goals. A key objective of this role will be to develop and maintain effective business partnerships and people connects and serve as a consultant for all HR areas.
- This role will support the Senior HR leadership, on policy interpretation and application, performance management, compensation & benefits management, employee relations consultation, performance & talent management.
- The role will drive Employee Experience (EX) across Icertis departments, through execution of HR policies, processes, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience (EX): Provide guidance and advise managers on people plan and HR processes , covering all aspects of employee journey from on-boarding to exit.
- Provide consultancy to managers regarding employee relations issues, to ensure compliance with employment laws, data protection and ethical standards.
- Be a champion for employee engagement and culture in the organization. Anchor the employee engagement efforts for the business unit and implements engagement initiatives through outlining key drivers of engagement.
- Conducting and planning employee connect sessions like high potentials, senior leadership interaction, all-hands, retention discussions and more.
- Proactively seek employee feedback through the AVIA bot and implement actions to address employee concerns.
- Guide and follow through with people managers to ensure regular and timely team celebrations and utilization of the recognition budget.
- Conduct detailed attrition analysis and present the same to the Business/HR leadership
- Manage and resolve ER issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws and Icertis policies.
- Monitor and track the grievances and their actions at department level.
- Hiring : Work closely with the business and recruitment team to develop campaigns which support recruitment drives or initiatives such as attendance at (virtual) careers fairs, and increase participation in the employee referral program.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of graduate attraction and yearly roadmap in line with the department plans.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires to the department and identify areas of onboarding process improvements to improve the new hires’ experience.
- Ensure people data accuracy , prepare analytics-based reporting for monthly dashboards, and analysis on findings from people surveys and employee connect sessions.
- Organizational climate : Assess and sense the ‘field’, to focus areas for intervention and support, to promote organizational climate based on Icertis FORTE values and Four Rings of Responsibility.
- Learning and Development : Develop and facilitate team building programs, in cooperation with the Learning and OD team.
- Work with the Learning and OD team to define learning and development programs for managerial and professional capabilities development.
- Communication : Support the managers with preparing and implementing internal communication of changes and new initiatives.
- Specific to the Region : Drive region specific HR activities (recruitment, incentive plans, C&B policy implementation) and serve as regional SME in providing advice and guidance to the departments.
- In partnership with HR Operations team ensure data integrity on HR systems.
- Participate in relevant projects , leading and championing as appropriate the organization as an employer of choice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 7+ years relevant HR experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR, IR or similar field.
- HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company.
