We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits to join our Total Rewards team. This role will own global benefits plan management, as well as regional benefits administration for the Americas. The Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits will work within the Global Total Rewards team to develop a strategy to harmonize and enhance Icertis benefits globally, This is a strategic role that requires hands on execution and a drive for excellence.
a) Partner with peers and HR to help complete the global job architecture project
b) Maintain and enhance salary structures and strategies, to include semi- annual benchmarking, pay zone strategies, etc.
c) Own and drive the annual compensation cycles (mid-year & annual)
d) Manage Icertis equity programs and work closely with legal to ensure grants are ready for board presentation and approval.
e) Assist with compensation program training and communications
a) Develop and administer employee benefits communications to ensure employee awareness of their full benefit offerings, including conducting educational presentations and recorded orientation materials
