The Senior Analyst of Sales Operations is a key player in supporting Icertis’s rapid growth by supporting the growing Europe sales team. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter who can structure, analyze, and highlight data to increase the efficiency of sales process and enable a growing sales team. The role requires strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and surfacing insights.

This position is based out of the UK.

What you will do:

  • Support the SVP of European Sales by monitoring pipeline health, highlighting opportunities for improvement, and running forecast meetings in the Clari tool
  • Working directly with European sales managers to drive pipeline hygiene and sales process
  • Serve as a sales data, metrics, and systems subject matter expert
  • Develop and monitor reports and dashboards, and create ad hoc reports to help answer business questions
  • Surface insights to leadership on where they should focus time to better execute sales process
  • Identify opportunities for automation of existing processes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support various business partners
  • Provide guidance and education to the Sales organization regarding the booking policy and procedures
  • Facilitate approvals for nonstandard deal terms with finance, legal, product and other stakeholders
  • Assist the sales team with a quality review of contractual documents

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a sales operations role and analytics experience in a regional role working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a sales B2B SaaS environment or software environment
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large data sets, draw business conclusions and craft operational recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Salesfore.com
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • High energy and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Performs well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; able to execute whatever is thrown at them
