Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and Chief Of Staff in managing cross-functional objectives, strategic programs and tactical work
- Coordinating meetings to ensure upfront clarity on agenda, structure, goals and follow-up actions – including CEO staff meetings, All Hands presentations and Board Meetings
- Proactively drafting and preparing presentations, pulling in required input from different teams and facilitating the completion in a manner that will support effective discussion and decision making
- Serve as liaison to working teams across Business Units to gather data, analyze information and surface insights to help the Office of the CEO be more impactful
- Develop and monitor reports and dashboards, and create ad hoc reports to help answer business questions
- Streamline communication across the company – both for specific projects and on day-to-day work - unlocking information flow across teams
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis to assist commercial, legal, sales, marketing, finance, technology and other wider business support functions
- Conduct financial modeling as needed: scenario analysis, stress testing projections and more
- Provide operational support for quarterly and annual business reviews and business performance reporting/tracking
- Support for financing and capital raising initiatives
- Shared responsibility for acquisition projects in collaboration with legal, finance, product management and technology
- Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
- Understanding how to intelligently engage colleagues on the infrequent occasions when authority may be delegated
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience working in management consulting role, strategy, operations, project management and/or related role
- Prior experience supporting executive leaders in a chief of staff, project / program management, or similar capacity is a plus
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment or software environment (ideal)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large data sets, draw business conclusions and craft operational recommendations
- Excellent program management capabilities - track, follow-up and bring together stakeholders from multiple business units to build consensus and drive outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality results
- Prior experience conducting financial modeling in high pressure scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, Powerpoint and Smartsheet
- Ability to learn quickly
- High energy and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Performs well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; able to execute whatever is thrown at them
