The L&OD role is aligned with our global Learning and OD team and helps us in dealing with the end-to-end Learning and Organisational Development activities. He/she will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs that increase individual and organizational performance and support the Company’s strategic vision and core values.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Help to develop curriculum, design and implement programs tailored to meet leadership and OD needs and program goals including new and existing programs using adult learning theory.
• Facilitates and monitor system-wide efforts to reinforce the organization's desired culture and to improve programs and processes as needed to achieve organizational objectives.
• With guidance, designs, plans, and implements training program to meet organizational needs
• Knowledge of talent strategy - talent frameworks, talent potential mapping, succession planning and talent pipeline & gap identification, succession management, IDPs, etc.
• Experience with Coaching and/or Mentoring programs.
• Knowledge of assessments like 180, 360, Hogan, MBTI, FIROB, etc. to uncover and solve complex organizational problems and contribute to new growth opportunities will be preferred.
• Has used systems thinking to support organisational performance and outcomes.
• Prior experience with content authoring tool experience like Camtasia, Articulate etc.
• Serves as a liaison for L&OD vendors, tracking spend, SOWs, NDAs, invoicing, etc.
• Experience working with Learning Management Software (LMS).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in OD, training, or learning Experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to gain alignment and work collaboratively and effectively across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with MS suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• This is an individual contributor role.
