The Director, Partner Program Management (PMO) is a key leadership role in the Icertis Alliances Organization. Reporting to the SVP Global Alliances and Partners, this individual will help operationalize and drive various programs to support the Partner Ecosystem and Partner Organization at Icertis.

The Icertis Partner Ecosystem is comprised of industry-leading software vendors (ISVs) such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, TCS, and Wipro, and a growing number of Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs). Driving growth and success for our Partners from onboarding to enablement to go-to-market activities, to delivery, is a core objective of the Partner Organization.

This role will help operationalize and drive programs spanning partner onboarding, enablement, offering development, marketing, co-sell motions, and customer success. Working in collaboration with other leaders in the Partner Organization, this individual will help define and execute the charter of the Partner Program Management Office (PMO).

This is a leadership role and will require managing and growing a team of Program Managers to execute specific programs and workstreams and drive visibility and accountability for all stakeholders. This professional will be passionate about a SaaS business model driven by a vibrant partner ecosystem and has very strong stakeholder management skills. This position will work remotely within the US. #LI-Remote.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is one of the key areas identified to help companies achieve immediate and continuous transformation through faster revenue velocity, better risk and compliance management, and greater operational efficiency. This role is positioned to make a significant contribution to Icertis future growth objectives by developing partnerships built on shared urgency for customer transformation and success, using CLM and the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform to deliver it.

What you will do:

  • Develop operational framework to support Icertis’ Partner Strategy and Alliances Operating Model.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Partner coverage, capabilities, governance, and metrics to manage business performance.
  • Investigate and recommend systems, tools, and processes to support and enable Partners and Icertis’ partner-facing teams.
  • Define internal and partner-facing programs to support growth goals and objectives.
  • Direct and manage a team of program managers to execute specific programs spanning partner onboarding, enablement, offering development, go-to-market, and partner success motions.
  • Partner with and be a trusted advisor for Icertis and Partner leaders to make strategic investment decisions to achieve mutual goals and objectives.

What you will bring:

  • 12+ years of related industry experience across program management, consulting, partner operations, and go-to-market readiness/enablement.
  • REQUIRED - experience building partner ecosystems in software organizations with GSIs and RSIs
  • Experience in enterprise software markets relevant to CLM, such as CPQ, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Enterprise Risk management.
  • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude to stand up new programs or enhance existing programs.
  • Ability to direct and steer cross-functional teams and ensure quality and accountability.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight timelines and work with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficient in presentations, management reporting, written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelors required, MBA/Masters’ degree in related field preferred.
