Experience

• As a RMG Leader in the Customer & Professional services organization - Drive internal fulfillment, lateral hiring, resource forecasting and deployment
• Enable maximum Internal fulfilment and taper lateral fulfilment
• Partner and vendor deployment
• MIS for metrics driven governance
• Maintain headcount metric, future SoW tracking, bookings closure, reporting hierarchy changes etc.

Responsibilities :

• 5-8 years resourcing experience in fulfilling techno functional people at various levels at a Product company
• Bachelors / master’s degree / MBA preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI preferred
• Implement and manage strategic RMG processes to support CPS projects that run in parallel
• Maintain the MIS for reporting on Project, Resource and health for effective governance
• Define and enforce resource forecasting and planning
• Ensure resource fulfilment for smooth project initiation and scale-up
• Work closely with project teams, HR, Partner, Vendors and recruitment team for fulfilling staffing needs and project allocations
• Work closely with the project teams to understand the projects pipeline and proactively prepare for the resources
• Work closely with Regional leaders, project Directors and Project Managers for ensuring the data accuracy in MIS and help Finance team in P&L reviews and governance
