The design team is looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to take on these challenges with us and to collaborate across our organization. We are a dedicated team whose priorities are to understand and support our users and the future of education.

As a member of our team, you will

• Research and understand the problems and concerns of our users
• Embrace Kiddom’s mission and product strategy to inform high-level decisions
• Craft an experience that brings the best tools and processes to our users
• Work closely with the entire product development team

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a design-related field
• 5+ years of experience in product design
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design with wide adoption
• The confidence and ability to make informed and integral decisions as a project lead
• An affinity for strategic system-level thinking combined with mad tactical skills
• A devotion to logical and extensible interaction design
• Proficiency with the standard UX design tools - we use Sketch
• Visual design skills and the ability to both utilize and extend existing design systems
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience with other team members
• Communication skills that relay all of the above to produce exceptional product
• The ability to quickly prototype ideas or specifications, when words aren’t enough

Nice to have

• Experience in education technology
• Technical competence with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JS
• UX animation and/or audio skills
