Here’s what that would mean for you in the Chief of Staff, Product & Engineering role.

Caring

• As the Chief of Staff to the Product & Engineering leadership, you’ll work directly for the SVP of Engineering on strategically chosen projects, decision making, and messaging that further our attainment of Kyruus 2022+ strategic vision. You'll be a critical partner to other Engineering stakeholders across the business, communicating plans, elevating questions, and paving our path forward.

Ownership

• You’ll collaborate with the Product & Engineering leadership teams to implement recommendations to more efficiently operate and scale our Engineering functions.
• You’ll set and manage the operational rhythm of the department through the design and facilitation of key leadership touchpoints including weekly Engineering LT Staff meetings, quarterly off-sites, all hands, and other regularly scheduled planning opportunities resulting in capturing key insights and tracking action items to completion.
• You’ll be a trusted partner to the SVP of Engineering in providing insightful data-driven operational recommendations, prioritization on weekly messaging needs, decision making and progress reviews.
• You’ll contribute to Engineering direction, strategic planning, project management, performance analysis, team analytics, budgeting, executive meetings, and communications.
• You’ll own the facilitation, organization, and reporting of key engineering metrics and milestones key initiatives during regular Quarterly Business Reviews and other highly visible meetings with leaders at Kyruus.
• You’ll lead initiatives and projects on behalf of our SVP of Engineering and the Product & Engineering leadership team, advancing both the goal clarity and project execution.
• You’ll act as the SVP of Engineering's proxy and partner cross functionally with Product, Communications, Marketing, Delivery, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• You’ll obtain cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business and connect the dots for key stakeholders to drive increased alignment.
