- You’ll own the development and execution of a thoughtful and compelling total rewards and compensation strategy that embraces competitive data and innovative approaches.
- You’ll own the successful delivery of a rewards program that’s valued and differentiated while enabling Kyruus to attract and retain diverse talent.
- You will lead the Total Rewards team, ensuring the ongoing coaching and development of each team member while providing a culture of trust and empowerment.
- You’ll own a comprehensive portfolio of employee benefits and perks, drive benefits renewal process including overseeing the maintenance of carrier and vendor databases, designing training and education for new and existing employees, and leading our long-term benefits strategy.
- You’ll serve as the primary contact with all insurance carriers to manage billing/invoicing information in close partnership with Finance & Accounting team members.
- You’ll manage and communicate all compensation programs, including the development and maintenance of base salary ranges and other compensation practices across the organization.
- You’ll analyze jobs, salaries, and incentives to ensure equitable pay practices, internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the company on M&A activity, including due diligence, assessment, and integration.
- You’ll supervise our twice monthly payroll process, working in close conjunction with Finance & Accounting to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- You will assist in the oversight and administration of the Kyruus Equity Plan.
- You’ll help answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations by acting as a liaison between employees and management.
- You’ll report to, and work closely with, the Senior Vice President, People in the Core Human Resources Department within the General & Administrative Division.
