Here’s what that would mean for you in the People Operations Analyst role.

Caring:

  • As the People Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in the management and analysis of our people data. You’ll oversee many of our people systems, optimizing existing capabilities and providing recommendations for new technology as needed. You will also serve as the key analytics expert on the People team, responsible for regular reporting and analysis from our systems to drive data-based decision making and align our people strategy with our business strategy. You will partner with members of our People team and other General & Administrative teams to ensure our people data is compliant, accurate and being used as a competitive advantage when making decisions.

Ownership:

  • You’ll own and optimize our HRIS system (currently BambooHR) and compensation benchmarking tool (Payscale) ensuring data accuracy and enabling self-service where possible.
  • You’ll work with our People team and other G&A teams to assess and manage system maintenance, optimization, and migrations.
  • You’ll continue to enhance our people data dashboards, preparing regular reports in alignment with existing business processes that enable clear, consistent, and concise communication of people metrics
  • You’ll partner with our HR Business Partners and Chief of Staff to analyze data as it relates to trends and patterns in recruitment, hiring practices, headcount, employee engagement, turnover, diversity, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • You’ll serve as the key point of contact for regular and ad hoc compliance reporting
  • You’ll be the primary owner of compensation data, ensuring external data sources are up-to-date and providing regular analyses of internal and external benchmarking
  • You’ll support M&A diligence, assessing transaction costs associated with compensation
  • You’ll prepare reports and presentation collateral for various stakeholders throughout the organization and externally, telling compelling stories through data and strong design
  • You’ll conduct regular internal audits to ensure data integrity of our people systems and records
  • You’ll perform other related duties and activities as required
  • You’ll report to, and work closely with, the Vice President of Talent

  • You’ll use your 5+ years professional experience (with some combination of human resources, analytics, technology implementation, and/or consulting experience) with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to:
  • Manage and scale systems and processes in a fast-growing company
  • Analyze people data to ensure accuracy and provide information to critical stakeholders and teams throughout the organization
  • Build and prepare reports for the People team and stakeholders with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance across our HR processes and practices and make informed decisions based on data in an ever-changing business and legislative context
  • Manage projects efficiently and communicate regularly with stakeholders
  • Solve complex people-related problems with accuracy, dependability, and empathy.

  • Establish and maintain strong consultative and working relationships with the rest of the People team, other General & Administrative teams, managers, employees, and leadership
  • Use your discretion to handle highly sensitive information
