We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead multiple scrum teams at the same time. The ideal candidates must thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a strong passion for technology and innovation. This person would strive to remove impediments for a high-performing team to ensure high quality products are consistently delivered to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are synchronized as necessary to achieve product releases
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint and release planning, demos and other meetings
• Work with engineering team to estimate and plan each sprint
• Work closely with Product Management team to prioritize and track sprint/release progress
• Track internal and external project dependencies
• Identify gaps and/or risks early and establish mitigation plans

What You Must Bring:

• Track record of meeting project deliverables and objectives with a high-bar and on-time
• Prior experience as a scrum master, project manager and/or program manager working with technical teams developing software solutions
• Ability to set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
• Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining scrum boards including feature break down to Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Subtasks
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, values and procedures
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must be collaborative and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• You will be joining an early-stage startup so you’ll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves to help the team if you see any gaps
