Tribe’s purpose is to create and reward deep interactions between experts and their communities. To date, most live-streaming platforms have been built for broad audiences in entertainment and gaming, but Tribe makes it easy for deep knowledge and advice to be created, captured, and monetized through live conversations. With top creators across technology, marketing, business, and more, superfans can directly engage with their favorite creators to help them upskill on their professional journeys. Thought leaders should be directly compensated for their knowledge and expertise, and through topic boards, auto- highlight generation, and native creator product ads, Tribe makes it happen without relying on third party advertisers or blackbox algorithms.
This is an opportunity to lead a startup at its earliest stages where the problem has already been validated with customers and is working towards a prototype. We are looking for an operations and business development focused CEO with a strong track record in startups, proven ability to hire great people, previous experience raising venture capital, and is a great storyteller. The candidate must have extensive experience with marketplace startups; prior experience in the creator economy is highly preferred.
