We’re looking for a Director of Global Fleet Operations to design how we operate our fleet of more than a quarter million ebikes and escooters. To do that, this leader must balance big-picture strategy, marketplace optimization, and roll-up-your-sleeves ops. Although the day to day operation of the fleet is run by local teams, this leader will partner with them to design global playbooks, share best practices, and support local execution.
The Director of Global Fleet Operations will directly manage a sophisticated team of analysts, program managers, and operators. In addition, they will work cross-functionally with a Director of Operational Product and numerous other leaders to deliver their vision. Although this is a global leadership role, it will succeed or fail at the local level. Partnering deeply with local teams will be essential.
This role reports to the VP of Global Operations and can sit anywhere Lime operates globally.
In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $149,000.00, plus bonus and equity (when eligible) as well as benefits.
